SIRNET OSINT Research is an early-stage research & technology initiative focused on collecting, normalizing, and contextualizing open-source data related to international events, crises, and conflicts. The goal is to produce informational and analytical tools that improve public understanding and reduce the risk of misinformation, in full respect of dataset licenses and terms of use.
Who we are
SIRNET RESEARCH is an independent project with a technical and research orientation. At the moment it is not registered as a non-profit entity. We operate with a transparent, compliance-oriented approach, collaborating with partners and data providers when required by their respective terms.

What we do

- Development of informational tools for the general public and professional profiles (researchers, journalists, analysts).
Data usage
- Informational and analytical use (context, visualizations, indicators).
- No resale of third-party datasets.
- No mass redistribution of raw data, unless permitted by licenses/ToS.
- Caching and rate limiting to reduce load on providers (best practice).
- Attribution and citation according to provider policy, where applicable.
